Applications must be filled out completely and are considered in the order they are received.
Please call or email us before submitting an application. We recommend that you view a property before submitting an application. If you are unable to view the property yourself, we recommend having someone view it for you. We will accept an application sight unseen, however, that application will not have a designated position of priority until a rental agreement is signed. There are no refunds of application fees.
We are pledged to the letter and spirit of United States, State of Oregon, Multnomah County, and City of Portland policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity. First month’s rent, security deposit, building move fees and proof of renters insurance are required prior to all move-ins.
Your portal can be used to make online payments and submit maintenance requests. All maintenance requests must be made in the Portal or they will not be accepted. Do not text, email, or call our offices (unless for emergencies such as fire, flood, or imminent property damage.) This ensures that we have a written record of the request and we know the work has been completed.
